About
Craig Laubacher is Director of ECE with 20+ years in environmental compliance, regulatory strategy, and business leadership. He began in 1996, pivoted to environmental compliance software in 2008, and joined ECE full-time in 2023 to lead operations and growth while staying hands-on with client work. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from Baylor. In 2007 he founded a medical device/pharma compliance firm, scaled it, and sold it in 2011. Craig focuses on customer satisfaction, disciplined execution, and sustainable growth, implementing systems, expanding services, and modernizing processes while leading projects across food & beverage, utilities, container manufacturing, aerospace, transportation manufacturing, and heavy equipment repair.
